By creating an account or using Elite OS ("the App", "the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Elite OS.
Elite OS is a personal productivity and performance tracking application that allows users to log and review personal trading activity for journaling purposes, track personal habits, wellness, fitness, and daily routines, set and monitor personal goals, use AI-powered analysis of their own personal data, and access community features for sharing progress.
Elite OS does not provide, and nothing in the App should be construed as investment advice or financial planning, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, currency, or asset, a trading signal, tip, or forecast, or professional financial or tax advice.
AI-generated analysis within the App is based solely on the personal data you have entered and is for self-reflection purposes only. Always consult a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All data you enter into Elite OS (trades, journal entries, habits, wellness data) remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service to you, including passing relevant portions to our AI provider (Anthropic) for analysis features you explicitly trigger. You agree not to enter content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Elite OS has optional community features: profiles, posts, comments, groups, direct messages, calls, dares and a leaderboard. By using them you agree that:
You can block users, report content and delete your own posts and messages. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and we may share information with authorities where the law requires.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Elite OS, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses or financial damages arising from use of the App, loss of data due to technical failure, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, or inaccuracies in AI-generated analysis or insights. You use Elite OS entirely at your own risk.
Elite OS offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” tier. The price, billing period (monthly or annual) and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider, LemonSqueezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles invoicing and tax. We never see or store your card details.
Free trial. New accounts may start one free 7-day trial of Pro features, without entering payment details. The trial ends automatically and does not turn into a paid subscription unless you choose to subscribe. Each account can use the trial once.
Renewal and cancellation. Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the manage-subscription link in your LemonSqueezy receipt email, or by emailing us. After you cancel, Pro access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We will give reasonable notice before any price change takes effect on your subscription.
Refunds. Your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act are not affected. If you think you were charged in error, or want to ask for a refund, email us at eliteos.supportteam@gmail.com with your order details and we will review and respond to your request.
Fair use. AI features have daily usage limits, which differ between the free, trial and Pro plans. They are shown in the app.
All software, design, branding, and content within Elite OS is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent. Names and logos of brokers, prop firms, trading platforms and other third parties mentioned in Elite OS belong to their owners. Elite OS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them.
You agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, use the App to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data, use automated tools to scrape or abuse the AI features, or impersonate another person or entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is written in line with the principles of POPIA and, for international users, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
